One city, for all shifters. They made Highland city back in the 70's in the hopes that it would be a safe haven for all. Built along the coast of California Highland city soon became the tourist spot for all shifters and a desirable place to be. Having rumored to have the best school, and the best facilities to accommodate all shifters. Like all cities however, gangs took up route. Criminal activity runs like any other and it isn't safe at night to be wandering around alone. What path, will you choose?
